• Responsible for day-to-day operational activities and MEC in ATR (Controls, Inter Company, Treasury, Cashflow, Fixed Assets and Financial Reporting)
• Audit closure in compliance with IFRS, Ind AS, IGAAP.

• Preparation, compilation and presentation of detailed monthly, quarterly reports for Senior Management perusal and act as focal point in preparing year-end. Which Includes:

a) Profitability analysis.

b) Contribution analysis.

c) Working capital management.

d) Free cash flow analysis.

e) Board presentations.

f) Costing and price settlements with Vendors/ Customers

• Responsible for Year-end closing of Financial Statements and tax audit.
• Dealt with corporate auditors, external auditors and government auditors.
• Finance/ Budget forecasting and monitors cost control and efficiency – Monthly variance analysis.

Expense Planning; Control, Account Reconciliation, Financial Analysis, GAAP and IND AS, Office Management, Resource Management, Payables & Receivables, Performance Appraisals, Monthly accruals and deferrals

• Reviews Customer invoicing based on individual contract rates and requirements.
• Handling internal costing and pricing for customers.
