• Lead and manage the daily operations of the city bus service, ensuring timely and reliable transportation for all passengers by collaborating with city officials, regulatory bodies, and stakeholders to enhance service quality and compliance. Increased the availability of operational buses from 100 to 150 and trips from 250 to 450 thus increasing the monthly revenue by 70%
• Driver costs were reduced by 15% by implementing new rate cards and policies which were discussed and aligned with the operators. Monthly operational costs decreased by 20%
• Implemented preventive maintenance programs and changed the operations plan to ensure buses get enough time for maintenance thus reducing unplanned breakdowns by 40%.
• Installed premium seat covers to elevate the passenger experience. Prepared SOP's for Operation and defined SLA's for the new vendor for cleaning of buses hence solving the cleanliness and hygiene complaints among the riders
• Identifying, planning and coordinating with management for building new parking infrastructure at Thane to raise the overall quality of service.

• Oversaw last-mile operations across Mumbai and Ahmedabad, managing a team of 20 employees and ensuring efficient and timely delivery of products.
