  • Completed a Green Belt training and project in measuring ROI Level 4 effectiveness (Kirk Patrick Model) of Excel-Macro program (identified through a TNI) for the Australia Asset management team (with eServe) and resulted in 484 hours of UPT (User Productivity Time) save for the business unit. The project resulted in the unit releasing 1 FTE thus saving on 1 FTE billing to the client (about AU$ 7500 per annum)
  • Successfully understood the TCS Competency framework and executed the competency based role mapping exercise for Senior VP roles in the Retail function and specialist roles in the Analytics function
  • Played the key role as Business Representative in the User Acceptance Testing (UAT) of Citibank’s change from Monthly to Daily Interest Accrual system for Retail Loans. The report submitted was instrumental in the Credit team successfully approving the change in interest calculation.
