Roles and Responsibility:

  • · Working as SAP OTC Consultant on SAP FMS (Fashion Management Solution) Project of Under Armour, which is an American Sports Company that manufactures footwear, sports & causal apparel.
  • · Taking care of EMEA, APAC & Americas region of Under Armour and working on different projects and supporting them in their day-to-day business Issues & resolving Incidents.

Responsibilities:

  • Involved in production support and addressing issues in order management, delivery, billing and other IS-OIL related functions of sales and distribution module.
  • Providing the production support in the Order to Cash processes for the BP North America region
  • Monitoring potential issues on a severity basis that is Priority (P1) situations and providing the solutions within the stipulated time (SLA) with complete business satisfaction
  • Administering daily pricing activities in SAP R/3 system, including update of pricing quotes from various oil pricing agencies, sending quotes to legacy system for condition records generation and update of condition records back in SAP R/3 application
  • Shouldering responsibility in the project Operation Recovery Plan which concern connecting to Disaster Recovery System when production system is not available for more than 24 hours to reduce impact
