Project 1: Under Armour (SAP FMS)

Role: SAP OTC Consultant

Client Profile:

Roles and Responsibility:

• · Working as SAP OTC Consultant on SAP FMS (Fashion Management Solution) Project of Under Armour, which is an American Sports Company that manufactures footwear, sports & causal apparel.
• · Taking care of EMEA, APAC & Americas region of Under Armour and working on different projects and supporting them in their day-to-day business Issues & resolving Incidents.
• Hands on experience on Allocation run, VAS (Value Added Services), Segmentation, Seasons, ATP, Stock Protection and Article Pricing, SAP Vertex and Pay metric solutions.
• Extensively work on Idocs related to OTC processes, Orders- ORDERS, ORDRSP, Delivery – SHPORD, WHSCON & DESADV & Invoice and reprocess the failed idocs.
• Leading OTC team and providing timely support and customer delivery.
• Process design changes with Enhancements or changes in configurations.
• Coordinate with process owners and business analysts to provide business process improvements.
• Create, change & monitor Batch jobs related to OTC on daily basis and work on it if the job is Active for long or is Canceled and resolve it.
• Hands-on of different SAP OTC scenarios: Sales Orders, STO, Third party Orders, Purchase to order, Contracts, Promo Orders, Returns.
• Coordination with OMNI channel for Orders flowing into FMS and getting them fulfilled and Invoiced.

Project 2: Restaurant Brand International (Burger King, Tim Hortons & Popeyes)

• Providing the production support in the Order to Cash processes of of RBI Businesses for US and Canada region.
• Coordination with Clearview channel for Orders flowing into SAP and getting them fulfilled and Invoiced.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Understanding the current business process and legacy system operations.
• Module overview presentation to client for better understanding of standard SD processes.
• Preparation of AS-IS Draft based on legacy system business process.
• Realization of business blueprint solution.
• Identifying SAP limitations and fulfilling the gaps through customization.
• Performing SIT, UAT, Cut-Over.
• Configuration of Enterprise Structure of Sales & Distribution, Sales order types, Delivery types, Billing types, Shipping Points, Number Ranges & their assignment.
• Creation of Functional Specifications (FS) for SD RICEF.
• Responsible for Master data creation, coordinating & helping Super Users to fill templates, explain fields & there relevance to get quality business data.

Project 1: BP International Ltd. (British Petroleum)

Duration: April 2017 to June 2018

Role: Packaged Application Enablement Specialist - SAP.SCM.SD

Client Profile:

It's annual turnover of $359.8 billion (2014) and 84,500+ employees and Operations in 80 countries & 17,200 retail sites. It is the world's sixth-largest oil and gas company.

Responsibilities:

• Involved in production support and addressing issues in order management, delivery, billing and other IS-OIL related functions of sales and distribution module.
• Providing the production support in the Order to Cash processes for the BP North America region
• Monitoring potential issues on a severity basis that is Priority (P1) situations and providing the solutions within the stipulated time (SLA) with complete business satisfaction
• Administering daily pricing activities in SAP R/3 system, including update of pricing quotes from various oil pricing agencies, sending quotes to legacy system for condition records generation and update of condition records back in SAP R/3 application
• Shouldering responsibility in the project Operation Recovery Plan which concern connecting to Disaster Recovery System when production system is not available for more than 24 hours to reduce impact
• Developing all standard business process documents like Functional design document with step by step process and presenting to BP
• Checking IDoc’s related issues with respect to contract creation, sales orders creation & all other transactions
• Supported the application development team by Participation in various business meetings for requirement gatherings and simulating test cases before deployment to production.

This program is intending to focus on improving Service Delivery Administration, Finance and Procurement Operations and it is responsible for replacing more than 1400 EY business system and related process with an integrated platform that will standardize and harmonize activities throughout the organization. Ernst & Young (EY) is one of the largest professional service firms in the world

Roles & Responsibilities

• Handling Service request and Incidents on SLA based globally for GSA (Germany, South Africa, Austria) and CA (Canada)
• Identifying the bug and fixing it through Change request
• Communicating and working with different interfaces connected to contract process (Integration of SD with Project systems and Time and Expense teams)
• Interacting with Service delivery managers to understand the requirements and work on any problem issues through Problem Incidents
• Raising FFID access to fix issues which requires urgent attention.
• Analyzing P1S3 issues on high priority and preparing closure report
• Based on the requirements and business end to end process from Contract creation to Invoice, Replicating the scenarios and testing all the new changes to be implemented to stabilize the process
• Worked on standard and customized scenarios related to IFM orders and ORB (Order related invoices).
• Creating variants and executing background jobs to ensure specific task is performed accurately.
