  • Scaling Up New Brand Initiative, i.e. Allen Solly is a prime retail network that is focused on Tier 3 and Tier 4 towns.
  • Handling a current store network of 133 stores, delivering revenue of 120 Cr.
  • Prime Small Town Retail Network is a newly found growth engine within the organization and is a 100% FOFO-led consignment business.
  • I have scaled up this network from 84 stores to 133 stores, opening 49 stores in the last 19 months.
  • These stores deliver an SSPD of 30, and a CBA of 28%, with an average store size of 1,047 square feet.
  • I lead a team of six ABMs, VMs, and MIS personnel to drive on the Channel KRA.

  • Delivered 18% L2L growth from existing stores via renovation, relocation, and upsizing of the store to the new retail model - PE Men's Obsession Store.
  • Led Project Disintermediation in North, i.e. Moving from the FOFO (Buy & Sell) model to a consignment-led model, which required margin negotiation with partners and ensured higher profitability for the brand.
  • Led a team of 6 Area Business Managers (ABMs) as direct reportees, and 90 Store Managers (SMs) as skip-level reportees.
  • Opened 23 NSOs in one year, the highest store expansion ever happened in the North.
  • The UP ABM team in my group received a Certificate of Excellence award at the ABG Award ceremony.
