• Responsible for execution of site establishment works for HSR Station and Viaduct sites including precast yard works.
• Responsible for execution, quality inspection and monitoring of construction activities of HSR stations and viaducts including-Geotechnical investigations, Piling, sheet pile, excavation, CHSL tests, Grouting, Pile caps, Columns, Piers, and pier caps.
• Implementing prompt and safe corrective action on site if required.
• Assisting with sub-mission reviews of Method statements, ITPs and work programs submitted by the contractor with particular focus on constructability and practical application.
• Providing input to the project program.
• Undertaking Quality inspection and review of works including ITP completion.
• Maintaining all relevant project document control & records.
• Inventory of existing structures to collect information.
• Execution of viaduct (GTI, Cross-trenching, pile, pilecap, pier, piercap)
• Prepare sub-contractor measurement book.
• Prepare bar bending schedule (BBS) and calculation of typical concrete quantity with the help of AutoCAD 3D.
• Observed site safety procedures actively monitor and report on safety performance an raising non-conformance reports when required.
