In my 5+ years of work experience, starting my career as an HR at Flipkart because I am a people person to working in start-ups across different industries because I believe that "smaller the team greater the learning and more responsibilities" to getting onboarded with UberEats and onboarding restaurant partners and then eventually being moved to become the first Account Manager at UberEats to working at Xiaomi India in the offline GT business, it has been quite an adventurous and lesson-filled journey!
My above career choices have only made me more aware, more skill-equipped, more agile and flexible and most importantly it has helped me gain confidence in myself and in the phrase, "Where there is a will, there is a way".
If anything I was doing all this while, was selling. I sold as an HR to get people onboard, I convinced entrepreneurs and small businesses to trust and invest their precious time and money, I sold to restaurant partners at a 30% commission which was the highest in the market.
The bottom-line is that, I have always loved selling and consciously or unconsciously I have been in the selling business from the starting of my career till this date.
I strongly believe that sales is 40% product and 60% Transparency, Honesty and Empathy.
