- Support the Commercial Operation team during the order execution stage for project requirements in accordance with the plant specifications.
- Strong customer focus and solution / result-oriented approach in execution and attending PIM with Customers to resolve and meet the project requirements and Plan.
- Review of all the ITP stage requirements for compiling the documents and offering to Customers TPI & witness stages, like Hydro, fit up welds, Balancing, PMI, Ferrite, NDE, painting, Final Inspection (Package) & packing as per requirements.
- During auxiliary pipe Welding done the welding inspection as per codes and specifications. Verify & validate the WPS, WQT and Drawings during inspection.
- Painting reports reviewing, performing the adhesion test, DFT and color shard. Some should be offered to customers as per requirements.
- Handled huge volume of orders from multiple customers pertaining to Centrifugal pumps and valves and met KRA requisites.
- Inspection of Pump packages internally for stages & Final before TPI or Customer Witness Circulation of Pending Punch Points to the concerned stakeholders & management.
- And raising of internal NCR in Quality Quest (Global Quality System) for all deviations.
