Assisted a large private equity player in the due diligence of a multinational listed PET manufacturing company, for their proposed acquisition of promoter’s stake, with short deadlines
Performed analysis of revenue and margins and concluded on views with respect to trends in the revenues, raw materials, packing costs and margins per unit, across various products / geographies of the Company
Analysed impact of foreign exchange translations and transactions in determination of prices and thereby, its impact on margins
Received “Above and Beyond” award for exemplary performance on the said project
Assisted a large MNC with global footprint and a private equity firm for their proposed acquisitions of large solar, wind and hybrid power farms
Performed analysis of revenue, operating & maintenance costs and borrowings
