  • Understand all the Oracle Fusion HCM applications, features, and functionalities to manage operations and issue resolution. Provide global headcount consolidation reports and dashboards to the management.
  • Create and maintain all job aids for Employee Self Service (ESS) / HR Shared Service (HRSS) processes in Fusion. Ability to support the team in implementation projects by setting up the core system and providing maintenance and support until migration into PROD.

  • Process all global transfers in Fusion, and complete all employment verifications. Provide ad-hoc system reports as requested. Identify training needs and provide training to the new users. Acting as a subject matter expert of Oracle HRMS/HCM Fusion and Oracle EBS, managing the HRIS system.
