• Primary responsibility is to lead a team of 10 and manage/control the service parts inventory at worldwide distribution centers to support Continues Product Improvement (CPI) projects
• Handle technical queries received from Product groups, Engineering and other cross functional teams
• Performing Business Analysis tasks to implement new strategies and systems to improve quality of work
• Identify Lean A3 opportunities and lead projects which help in enhancing the quality of the processes, reduce manual work and increase efficiency
• Play a role of Project Manager to collaborate with project leads and help them achieve project milestones.
• Proactive Planning and stocking of frequent failure parts based on Forecast, Sales and feedback from Engineering
• Coordinating with supply base and Global Purchasing to expedite parts from constrained suppliers
• Regular coordination with engineering to understand the customer needs and market requirements
• Training Product Groups on IM Processes and related tools

• Lead a team of six, objective was to deliver right parts at right place at right time.
• Coordinated shipping requests for expedited delivery and documented accurately to achieve correct billing.
• Tracked orders and notified customers of status or potential delays.
• Generated documentation and information required for customer shipments.
• Established open and professional relationships with team members to achieve quick resolutions for various issues.
• Provided strong customer support to India Cat dealers GMMCO and Gainwell.
• Coordinating with factories and global forwarders (Eg; DHL, CEVA etc) to provide proper shipping documentation to customers

• Scheduling the Machines & Plan for the required material inputs for the maximum machine utilization, interacting with other sections, down the process line on a daily basis
• Scheduling for mixing section and arranging raw materials for mixing -in house.
