Project: Settlements of Trades and supporting Corporate Actions for APAC branches - Implementing Global/APAC changes.

• Planning, coordinating and tracking major releases. Managing and overseeing all release activities starting from Data Restoration to lower environments thru Post Implementation Retrospective.
• Working on Jira, INEX, Confluence, ServiceNow, Infoman, Change Man to co-ordinate releases.

• Set performance expectations for the team, monitoring progress towards goals and providing constructive feedback as needed.
• Participated in internal audits and PMRs, contributed towards resolving non-compliances raised.
• Developed, managed and oversaw deliverables in Mainframe systems - Cobol, JCL, DB2, VSAM, IBM Utilities, Opentext Exstream V9 to V16.
• Work experience of SDLC (Waterfall, Agile and Maintenance projects) concepts of Product Development.
• Hands on experience in planning and executing major and complex projects - requirement gathering in BRD/FRD discussions or epic and story refinement meets, creating work breakdown structures or planning story and task assignments, delivering changes within timeline and with
  quality.
• Well versed in identifying and analyzing application issues, L3 activities, PRB, INC, REQs, JOBDOC scheduling etc. and providing support/permanent fixes for them.

• Worked on Standard and Enhanced Annuities project in ADM mode
• Developed and Maintained applications by using Cobol, JCL, DB2. Designed documentations on architecture flow, process changes, TDD, UTP -UTR, release notes etc.
• Designed and developed robust COBOL programs, resulting in improved operational productivity.
• Developed and executed complex system test plans to support quality.
