Projects:

• Solar Photovoltaic Cells at Night: The project has three objectives, namely, evaluating the performance of available solar cells at night, identifying high efficiency solar cells that can work under low lights and suggesting a model chamber, where the solar cells can be fitted at appropriate places

• Effect Gamma radiation of photodiode: In this project, we investigated the impact of gamma radiation on the performance and reliability of photodiode's, aiming to assess their suitability for use in radiation-prone environments
