· Supervise tuning and capacity delivery: Provide capacity & performance requirements for deployed applications to service provider and ensure that the service provider has up to date information on the business plans & drive IT capacity and position for performance management
· Maintain positive stakeholder relationship during the critical situation, ensuring clear communication and prompt resolutions of any disputes. Handling weekly client connects and review calls, and sharing the status on the performances of my accounts
· Monitor the application performance for SLAs. Streamlined and monitored quality programs to alleviate overdue compliance activities
· Handling the Emergency Management services, both Ambulance Medical Billing & Coding
