Project Description : ATB4S [Client - Magneti Marelli , Italy]

Main aim of ATB4S is to trigger ECall after accident/crash happen of vehicle. The ATB4S provides several telematics services such as eCall and Telediagnosis. The low-level management of the audio, modem and GNSS functionalities is done by the Legato framework. The MM services layer handles the external hardware information and the CAN network. SDK app layer is the container of all sandboxed applications. Microcontroller used for project is RH-850.

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Design, develop and manage reliable, efficient and reusable C/C++ code.
• Developed Service watcher mode [SWM] feature & test it on ECU with appropriate test cases.
• Conducted system requirement analysis and derived software requirements .
• Responsible for fixing defects reported by validation team/customer with debugging application code using debugger & fix them within timeframe.
• Involved in debugging various critical bugs & fixing them with customer.
• Involved in validation of other features of product like Ecall, RTC & FOTA.
• Worked on yocto build environment in Linux platform for code building.
• Mentored junior engineers, fostering skill development and knowledge sharing within the team.
• Involved in solving stability issues & update the reports on confluence.
• Worked on MISRA C code analysis and fix violations.
• Worked on client required NEMKO standard certification for cybersecurity.

Project Description : XMM7272 – [Client - Intel, India]

XMM7272 is an integrated LTE CAT6 modem and Linux enabled application SoC addressing the automotive segment onto one Atom based quad core subsystem.

Key features of the platform include Intel Atom quad core Application processor, cellular communications services for LTE(4G)/3G/2G and a configurable connectivity and positioning solution.

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Engineered firmware software solution with C & shell script.
• Worked on TET1083 issues, proposed fix, implement it & test it on different variants of ECU with appropriate test cases.
• Responsible for upgrading the linux/yocto (LinuxVM/Secvm) packages like openssl.
• Debugged defects and did enhancement in components of linuxVM layer.
• Have good experience on KPI Testing: Throughput, CPU, Thermal, Power KPI,FOTA.
• Trained couple of new joined trainees in project perspective.
