• Create and maintain a pipeline of business banking sales opportunities/relationships through multiple prospecting/business development techniques.

• Worked as Team Lead for MTN South Africa's Prepaid and Subscriber Management Go Live and Production Support in regions of Johannesburg, Cape Town, Durban, East London, Bloemfontein and Polokwane.
• Siebel CRM Senior Developer and Functional Expert developing an end to end Customer Care Application for Back office, KPOs, Call Centres etc.
