- Working in a production department as an assistant officer in Emcure pharmaceutical.
- Managing Batches and filling batch manufacturing records as a pharmacist role.
- Working on ATAZOR-R Tablet Which is Atazanavir 300 mg/ Ritonavir 100 mg .Atazor-R 300mg/100mg Tablet is a combination of two anti-HIV medicines: Atazanavir and Ritonavir. They work by interfering with an enzyme (protease), which is required by HIV-infected cells to make new viruses. This stops the production of new viruses
- This tablet was made on Korsch Machine.
- Managing Batch Manufacture Records As per SOP(Standard Operating Procedure).
- After every thirty minutes the weight of the tablet is checked & And its print is taken and pasted on the BMR.
- After that the thickness of that tablet is checked and recorded on the BMR.
- The hardness of that tablet is also checked and recorded on the BMR.
- The hardness of that tablet is also checked and recorded on the BMR.
- This process is done after every 30 minutes until the batch is finished.
- After each batch finishing, level 1 cleaning will be performed for the same product batch changeover.
- 70% IPA solution is used to clean the powder in the machine.
- Level two cleaning is applied for product change over.
- And also worked on this products :- S- AMLODIPINE , AZITHROMYCIN & DLT ( DOLU LAMI & TINO).
- Participating in company activities and training programmes.
- Contributed to team-base envoirment to maintain line prodcutivity and meet expected deadline.
