*Handled Women Apparels production in terms of fabric sourcing, costing, production and timely dispatch of merchandise for different season.

*Worked with US Retailers: Calvin Klein, Marks & Spencer on High end Living Room collections.

* Responsible for coordinating with different departments with-in the organization and with suppliers on daily basis.

* Direct communication with Clients including Buying Agencies.

* Complete Order processing from raw material ordering till execution of merchandise.

* Product Lab testing as per buyer’s protocol.

* Cost monitoring & keeping a track on quoted price & actual cost, in order to alert the variation.

* Ensure timely follow-up of production and maintain time and action calendar.
