Vodafone IOT Mediation solution has implemented with an aim of re-architecture of Usage Mediation & Usage Threshold process. This solution is including two major components, i.e. OCOMC & UEP which are responsible for Usage Mediation & Usage Threshold process. This model includes multiple activities as production development (UEP), deployment, ASG. We support the end-to-end functionality of the application and I belong to ASG (L2 Support team and I mentor the team to deal with multiple activities including Customer Migration, Offline Parallel run Testing, Issue analysis, application deployment & Monitoring and any other issues in the system & environment. We as a team ensure all the JIRAs (MTD) & Incidents raised are attended, rectified under required designed process within the SLA. As well ensure to raise incidents (MTD & Remedy tickets) to the responsible teams to get the issue analyzed.

The Harlequins project involved modules like Production Development, Order processing, ASG and Billing, supporting CR development, bug fixes and service improvements. The RBM system processed CDRs for rating and migrated line services to WLMS2.
Worked on MIS module of BT Harlequins which took care of all the reports and feeds of the project. Assisting on transferring the reports/feeds to the appropriate destination servers after generating the reports/feeds.
