- Manage unique Project life cycle and technology & workplace infrastructure requirements of ~ 3k projects/clients of Accenture Business Units (Technology, BPM, Consulting & Corporate Functions) with customized modules
- Global Delivery Network production & collaboration space management which constitutes ~80 % of total space at India - 140k seats spanning across 12Mn. sq.ft., 7 cities and ~35 delivery centres

- Formulate 3-5-year technology road map for the function, prepare yearly businesscase justifications, secure funding from IT steering committee and manage yearlybudgets (approx. US$ 3 Mn.)

Listed below are some of my achievements:
- Built a robust Capacity Planning & Space Management Capability and Accenture Capacity Planning Tool (ACP) which played a pivotal role in seamlessly managing the Accenture India Delivery Centres growth story - assumed responsibility of approx. 6k seats in 2004 and grew it to approx. 140k in 2016 in India
- Designed, developed and implemented Workplace Digital – A unified web & mobile interface to access Workplace services applying all the SMAC concepts (social media, mobility, analytics & cloud) and Workplace COE
- Achieved saving of US$ 8 Mn. (FY’14) through innovative initiatives like hard-lock reduction, notional seat billing and inter BU supply synergies
- Lead PMO for reorganization of various Accenture entities in India (2017) to simplify and consolidate our corporate structure merging two existing Accenture entities: Accenture Services Private Limited into Accenture Solutions Private Limited
- Lead India PMO for - Duck Creek Technologies (JV formation with Apax Partner), GDPR (Global data privacy regulation) readiness, GST roll out, India Learning Centre, Bangladesh de-mobilization and Project Data Integrity
- As people developer, consistently contribute to the career growth of my team members and lead the Workplace PPA (Project People Advocate) role for 4 years
- Managed the largest team within Workplace India, ensured record talent retention and minimal attrition for 15 years (tenure in the role)
