Experience managing or collaborating with SDRs to optimize lead generation and sales outreach. Strong understanding of supply chain, 3PL, freight forwarding, and global trade processes. Proficiency with CRM tools such as Salesforce or HubSpot and sales automation platforms. Excellent negotiation, presentation, and written communication skills.
