1. Electrical system design for successfully rolling out the first CE-certified machine at LMW Ltd (Product: J6, Purpose: MAKTEK EXPO, 2023).
- I studied the technical requirements, the design of electrical schematics, control cubicle layout, and the selection of components based on CE standards.
- Preparation of Critical Component List and Risk Assessment Documents.
- Resolved assembly-related challenges in proving out within the provided time.
2. Electrical system design for a fixed-column horizontal machining center (Product: JHF400, Purpose: NPD 2024).
- Involved in providing a new control cubicle layout for horizontal machining centers, and standardizing the same for all HMCs, irrespective of the variants.
- Selection of servo motors, spindle motors, and IO modules based on cutting component requirements.
- Providing assembly support and proving out a prototype machine.
3. Electrical system design for a vertical machining center with a rotary pallet changer (Product: J2R, Purpose: NPD 2024).
- Interfaced the regular VMC J2 with the TJR make hydraulic-operated rotary pallet changer.
- In addition, I interfaced and proved out the POJU make automatic tool changer.
4. Electrical system design for a vertical machining center (Product: JD3, Customer: Delta Electronics).
- Designing and successfully rolling out the first Delta-controlled VMC in LMW.
- Control cubicle layout preparation, and schematic preparation.
- Interfacing the newly launched Delta NC5 controller.
5. Electrical system design for a 5-axis vertical machining center (Product: JU40, Purpose: IMTEX 2025).
- Electrical schematic preparation for the Siemens-controlled 5-axis JU40 machine.
- Handled Sinumerik 828D controller and connectable components.
- Assembly troubleshooting and successful completion for IMTEX 2025.
6. Electrical system design for a vertical machining center (Product: J1, Purpose: EMO 2025) - IN PROGRESS.
- Second CE project. Revamped electrical schematic compared to the previous CE project.
- Implementation of TM54F safety-integrated siemens module by providing wiring and interfacing solutions.
