More than 20 years of professional experience in lifting and rigging operations. Sound Knowledge of nature of lifting gears & tackles, crane operation, (Crane load chart/ Range diagram) Load estimation, Assessment of center of gravity, Load radius, Angle lift, International safety rules, regulation and hand
signals, Lifting tackles management and method of slinging, Inspection of tackles & lifting eqpts, methodstatement of heavy lift. Successful shifting and erection of vessels, tanks, drums, flare stacks, columns, equipment, structural components, and pipes. Organize and conduct daily TBTs, prepare JSAs, and create lift plans for offshore and onshore projects.

Responsibilities
• Monitoring Tool Box Talk.
• Permit to Work (PTW) has to be carried out
• Study the locations before lifting.
• Carry out a review and execution of Rigging Plans & Method Statements. Risk
• Assessment and Job Safety Analysis plan.
• Selection of Crane for each lift with proper Safety Factor.
• Carry out inspection of all lifting tackles.
• Lifting hazard identification and control.
• Ensure competent persons for lifting & slinging activities.
• Daily inspection of Crane and lifting equipments.
• Provide safety advice and guidance to line management.
• Monitor the lifting operations to ensure that they are being carried out in accordance with the approved Rigging Study, established Work Method Statement, Risk, and Job Safety Analysis.
• Frequent contact with Site Team Leaders and Supervisors in exchanging information and
suggestions related to the developing and maintaining lifting equipment inspection,
maintenance and operating systems.
• Works in line with Company HSE Policy, ensures subordinates are aware of, and comply with HSE procedures, rules and regulations for RIGGING AND LIFTING activities.
