Project Description: Construction of an eight-lane carriageway starting near the junction with MDR-1 (Baonli-Jhalai road) to the end of the interchange on NH-552 (Tonk-Sawaimadhopur) near village Mui (Ch.). 247.310 - 292.950 section of the Delhi – Vadodara access-controlled greenfield alignment (NH-148N) under the Bharatmala Pariyojana in the state of Rajasthan.

Project length: 45.64 km.

Project cost: 1,258.11 crores.

Client: National Highways Authority of India (NHAI).

  • Executed the erection, installation, testing, and commissioning of power transformers ranging from 250 KVA to 1500 KVA, along with Vacuum Circuit Breakers (VCBs).
  • Supervised laying, termination, and testing of armored power cables ranging from 10 sq. mm to 300 sq. mm for industrial plants and residential projects.
  • Installed and maintained earthing systems, including GI pipe earthing, copper earthing, chemical earthing, lightning arresters (LA), and electrical protection systems with RCCB and MCB panels.
  • Performed installation and commissioning of APFC (Automatic Power Factor Correction) panels ranging from 100 KVAR to 400 KVAR, including HT line integration.
  • Managed operation and performance monitoring of DG sets from 30 KVA to 625 KVA, tracking diesel consumption, voltage fluctuations, and optimal loading conditions.
