1) Inviting candidates and confirming their availability for interviews as per the SLA.
2) Coordinate with the candidate and client service practitioner to setup interviews either through Telephone or Video conference or Face to Face.

3) Responsible for all logistics pertaining to interviews viz. blocking meeting rooms, badging emails for the candidate’s visit to Deloitte offices’, blitz travel & events, and Joining date confirmations in Recruitment Management System (RMS)

4) Responsible for conducting pre hire assessments (Versant, BELIT, Pre Val, Logical reasoning / any other service line specific assessments), and managing licensing, logistics and reports pertaining to it.

5) Maintaining candidate details in trackers.

6) Initiate candidate educational / employment document collection basis recruiter confirmation on offer.
7) Upload all the candidate documents on SFDC tool after renaming them according to the naming convention.
8) Audit all the documents and check for insufficiencies before sending offer request.
9) Continue to own the candidate throughout the hiring process.
10) Support during blitz and weekday drives managing scheduling of candidates, confirmation calls, administer pre-hire assessments and track interview status.
