Mission: To assist the Regional Manager in leading, directing and motivating the sales team in order to achieve the overall corporate sales objectives in General Trade, Modern Trade, Horeca & Enterprise Channels.
General Trade- JD
Sales Management: Developing sales strategies to achieve or exceed sales targets for the assigned territory. This includes setting sales goals, analyzing sales data, and monitoring performance metrics.
Distribution Management: Managing the distribution network within the assigned territory to ensure products are available in the right quantity and at the right locations to meet customer demand.
Relationship Building: Building and maintaining strong relationships with key accounts, distributors, retailers, and other stakeholders in the supply chain to drive sales and foster long-term partnerships.
Market Analysis: Monitoring market trends, competitor activities, and consumer behavior to identify opportunities for growth and to stay ahead of the competition.
Team Management: Leading and motivating a team of sales representatives or field staff to ensure they are effective in achieving sales targets and objectives.
Training and Development: Providing training and guidance to the sales team to enhance their product knowledge, selling skills, and overall performance.
Budget Management: Developing and managing the sales budget for the territory, including forecasting sales, tracking expenses, and optimizing resources to maximize profitability.
Reporting: Preparing and presenting sales reports to senior management, providing insights into sales performance, market trends, and areas for improvement.

- Delivering the sales objectives of volume, value, market share and in-store execution; and acquiring new food service accounts across the HORECA channel
- Mapping the requirement of HORECA business providing best products and services and achieving profitability growth
- Expanding company product business in HORECA segment
- Defining monthly and quarterly plans to drive volume, value, market share and activation in the region
- Driving businesses via B2B sales
- Developing different HORECA channels
- Taking appointment of Stockiest/distributor & managing a team
- Maintaining relations with existing clients and creating new clients as well
- Collating data and preparing reports to track various parameters e.g. sales efficiency, sales achievement
- Working closely with Purchase, Production, Logistics, Costing, and Marketing Department to ensure the availability of the product
- Visiting key customer & representing the company product range
