- We designed product solutions and features to automate the business processes and frequent needs of the operations team thus helped in improving the operational efficiency of the team
- We automated almost 90% of the processes of an employee's onboarding to de- boarding lifecycle thus reducing the risk of manual errors
- The product solutions also helped us achieve phenomenal TATs for most of our business processes
- I was the owner of the employees grievance metric and worked on mobile app features that were aimed to reduce the number of grievance received
- I built a Smart FAQ feature that helped reduce the total number of grievance received by 50 %
- I integrated freshdesk with our mobile application, and thus provided real time visibility of tickets to the employees
- I also worked on the quality and TAT for the resolutions provided by our team and thus improved the employee satisfaction
- I was the owner of the employee compliance metric and worked on automating the operational process of the compliance team
- This included building scripts that uploaded the challans on Government websites
- Designed compliance dashboard to upload and update compliance challans and further share these challans with employers and employees
- I worked closely with the team to understand their pain points and improve the product adoption
- Redesigned the entire information architecture of the MY HR Betterplace Select application to improve the in-app navigation
- Worked hand in hand with the design team to create product iterations based on user feedback
- Improved the playstore rating of the app from 3.1 to 4.0 with-in a month by doing the revamp
- I designed a campaign service using which the Employers were able to send Announcements to all or selected few of their employees.This Service is one of the USPs of staffing product. This Project connected Employer desktop webpage to employee mobile application.
