At NIA, I serve as a Biology Professor and Academic Mentor, guiding students from Grades 9 to 12 through both foundational and advanced academic content. My focus lies in delivering concept-driven instruction that bridges core subject knowledge with practical application, supporting student success in academics and competitive examinations.

In my role as Foundation Program Coordinator, I oversee the strategic planning, development, and implementation of the foundational science curriculum. I also manage lecture scheduling and time management to ensure optimal instructional flow and resource utilization across the academic calendar.

As a Curriculum Designer and Reviewer, I lead a team of educators in creating and refining content that aligns with academic standards and examination requirements. My responsibilities include mentoring teachers, designing interdisciplinary learning modules, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality, outcome-oriented instruction throughout the foundation program.

• I serve as a Biology Professor at FIITJEE and have also taken on the role of Academic Mentor. I am dedicated to supporting students in achieving academic excellence by providing conceptual clarity, personalized guidance, and strategic preparation—particularly for competitive examinations like NEET. My focus is on fostering a deep understanding of biology while helping students build confidence, consistency, and exam readiness through a structured and student-centric approach.

• I serve as a Science Faculty at Utkarsh Classes, where I mentor and guide students preparing for the RAS Foundation program. In this role, I not only teach core scientific concepts but also help students align their preparation with the demands of competitive examinations. I actively contribute to academic planning and play a leadership role in ensuring the delivery of high-quality instruction, while also mentoring fellow educators and supporting curriculum enhancement initiatives.

• I have developed an online platform to connect with students virtually, aiming to make quality biology education more accessible and effective. Through this initiative, I have successfully reached and engaged thousands of students, delivering structured academic support and concept-based learning. I play a crucial role as the lead Biology educator, focusing on simplifying complex topics, enhancing conceptual clarity, and guiding students toward academic excellence through a digital-first approach.

• I have served as a Biology Professor for RBSE (Rajasthan Board of Secondary Education), where I consistently maintained a strong academic track record. Under my guidance, numerous students achieved outstanding results, including full marks in Biology, reflecting both academic rigor and conceptual mastery. I emphasized the integration of theoretical understanding with practical knowledge, effectively utilizing laboratory sessions to deepen students’ scientific thinking and application skills.
