  • Execute Pre Banking control to verify the authenticity of the bank accounts, which Is accomplished through a reconciliation of the bank account collection (BAC) report against the bank report provided by the payroll team prior to processing the payroll. Handling 30 countries covering EMEA, APAC and E-AFPAU markets.
  • OBOC changes: Working on 60 + global countries as per the request received for - On behalf of bank account changes of employee. Employees working in warehouse, transferred employee do not have access to update bank account in portal.
  • Working on 60 + global countries as per the request received for OBOC.
  • ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Weekly Resolved Summary Status, Global back dated Terminated Audits, India Stop Pay
  • Monitor SLA adherence for process
  • Stake holder coordination
  • Document and update SOPs
  • Collaborate with HRBP, Finance and external teams for easy workflow
  • Address queries from employees and resolve escalations

US Payroll SME:

  • Role: Handling SME responsibilities such as Training New joiners, conducting Regular sessions on Process and Quality Improvement. Processing high aged tickets to provide one stop solution to the employee for the multiple queries raised.
  • ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Processing end to end payroll for the clients operating in US. Below are the roles and responsibilities during this period.
  • Handling Various CTI’s (Category Type Item) like Any Time Pay, ACH (Automated Clearing House, QP (Quick pay) Terminations, Instant Issue, Paycheck Cards, off cycle, DNGP (did not get paid), Interface and Direct Deposits.
  • Processing pay for weekly, biweekly and monthly employees.
  • Processing STD (Short Term disability) Payments for employees.
  • Processing legal and Deceased employee’s payments.
  • Processing final payments for terminated (hourly & salaried) employees as per U.S labor laws on deadline basis.
  • Interfacing employee’s personal and job details in pay force from people portal.
  • Merging the employee details in pay force whenever an employee is rehired with a new employee ID in the same pay group.
  • Performing all payroll duties as per the business Requirements.
  • Transferring employee’s PTO (paid time off) balances like Personal, Vacation, Sick and Floating holidays whenever employees moved from hourly to salaried/ salaried to salaried pay group.
  • Moving YTD’s wages & taxes for the employees who transfer from one pay group to another pay group in a fiscal year and with the same FEIN (Federal Employer Identification Number).
  • Performing SSN audits for the Wisely cards personalized.
  • Process funds directly to the employee’s Wisely Card so that they can access the funds within 1 – 2 hours.

  • Generating reports in “ADP Reporting” web-based applications based on reports created in Report Smith.
  • Generating reports in “Report Smith” & “ADP Reporting” based the requests submitted through Clarify.
  • Specifications are of numerous aspects of client’s Business like Payroll, Time and Labor, Benefits, etc and also providing the client with comparison reports (comparing data with previous year, analyzing difference and so on as per the requests).
  • Till date maintained 100% quality in creating analytical reports.
  • Allocation of the work program & completion of projects within agreed timescales.
  • ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Assigning Reports to team members based on the agreed procedures.
  • Supporting Team in report creation. Suggesting better solutions for complex derived fields, suggesting alternative fields for new fields coming up while report creation, Approving dropped reports etc.
  • Auditing the daily reports which were worked by the associates and simultaneously sending the errors to Team Lead and the SME for the purpose of Internal Quality Process.
  • Helping the individuals to improve their Quality by Mentoring.
  • Conducting training classes on “ADP Reporting” application to the new hires.
  • Preparing Daily reports and sharing with project managers.
  • Sending weekly emails of “Learning of the Week” which includes procedures related to ADP Reporting application while creating reports.
  • An active member of ADPR Chronicle. This includes all the happening in a month like additional tasks, no. of work orders done, Birth days, Organizational changes, Peer to Peer recognition etc.
  • Giving floor support to the new associates on ADP Reporting application and New Report Request.
