• Integrated 10 enrollment, claim, and provider systems into a custom Operational Data Store (ODS) using a Common Information Model to support data consumption and interoperability.

• Executed high volume data loads and performed performance tuning of existing procedures and packages using indexes and hints.
• Provided L2 support for Guidewire ClaimCenter & PolicyCenter to Enterprise ODS data load.
• Brainstormed and designed utilities such as application self-healing monitoring tools, RPA Chat-bot solutions, and dashboards for application monitoring and maintenance.

Service Delivery Manager:

• Spearheaded a team of 32 people to monitor application stability, enhance application functionality, and reduce mean time to recovery during failures for a production support engagement worth $1.9 million annually.
• Performed the role of Site Lead for a new project location, coordinating with Infrastructure, RMG & TAG to set up a new agile ODC initiative.
• Reported project metrics based on parameters like system health, outage analysis, incident categorization, SLA matrix, and future scope to the client periodically.
• Collaborated with data analysts and business intelligence teams to identify data requirements and ensure that ETL processes support their reporting needs.

• Onsite coordinator between client's business location (Columbus, Ohio) & captive location (Mumbai)
