Machine Learning for beginners - Analytics Vidhya

• Property price prediction(Regression problem)- Deployed the model built in Python using a FLASK server and built a website with the help of HTML CSS and javascript, to predict the property price in a given area when fed with various parameters.
• Product Classification problem(Multi-class classification problem)- Applied a random forest classifier model to predict the product category(target variable) out of 36 different classes for the transactions present in the test data set. Used NLP to tackle the text in the dataset. Created a detailed report which included descriptive analysis and identified useful insights for the business.
• Image classification problem- Built a model using Support Vector Machine(SVM) algorithm and carried out techniques such as grid search CV for tuning the model which classifies different images into its respective classes.
• BI Project: Generated a Tableau dashboard to gain sales insights to help a business using Tableau Desktop through mySQL server.
• Stock Price prediction(Artificial neural network)- Predicted the closing stock price of a corporation using an artificial recurrent neural network called, 'Long short-term memory(LSTM)'.
• Disease Classification problem(Deep Learning project using TensorFlow)- Worked on a deep learning project end-to-end to classify disease in potato plant as either early blight or late blight. Built a mobile application to help the farmer understand which disease the plant has by taking a picture of it. Technology stack of this project consists of TensorFlow, TensorFlow dataset, TensorFlow serving, FastAPI, data augmentation, react js, react native, Google cloud platform (for deployment), quantization, TensorFlowlite.
