Projects

VFM Program 2.0, Societe Generale,  Led a project that realized €10 million in savings for the network by developing and implementing a strategic framework. This included establishing a robust organizational structure, instituting effective governance practices, and optimizing delivery processes. My leadership enhanced operational efficiency, ensured rigorous oversight, and improved project outcomes.


ORACLE - SOFI Implementation, Societe Generale,  Led the successful implementation of the SOFI system in my GSC organization, serving approximately 7,500 employees. The project introduced a new method for time tracking, leave management, shift scheduling, and billing, enhancing overall operational efficiency and accuracy.


NDOD Project Implementation, Societe Generale, Lead the Feature team to re-write the NPA regulation and rules based on New Definition of Default. This included the changes to be updated in the Golden Source and the flow of the information through to accounting and Risk chains 


FTB -STR -ToM Implementation, Societe Generale,  Developed and executed a functional operations model for the Structured Finance team by reorganizing into specialized units, including Deal Management, Middle Office, and Control Tower. This approach involved conceptualizing the new structure, building consensus among stakeholders, and overseeing the implementation to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness. 


ANZ Singapore - Remediation program - MAS, ANZ Support Services, Minimized privacy breaches in Singapore across Retail, Trade, Lending, Market Operations, Contact Centres, and Branches., Designed and developed comprehensive controls to prevent customer data breaches. Executed these controls as a core member of the Remediation Team, collaborating closely with Risk, Operations, and Technology departments to ensure effective implementation and oversight.
