Do process for the life and pensions as a process associate and maintain the quality in the process and accuracy. Manages the team members and let them do the process correctly and also cross trained in multiple process. Gives process training to the newly joined associated in the team and process the audit checks and quality maintaining. Do Send daily team attendance reports and process cases count sheets to the higher management. Prepares monthly PKT's on the process.

1:Analyze, design, and implement new processes or improve existing ones to
enhance efficiency and productivity.
2:Deliver excellent service and ensure service level agreements are met by
supporting the team in achieving KPIs and SLAs and escalate potential non
achievement to the team leader.
3:Identifies the process issues/opportunities for improvement and raise with the
Assistant Manager to ensure efficient ways of working.

completion of activities and queries
5:Develop and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to ensure
consistency and compliance.
