  • Successfully delivered a MIS Dashboard- It that takes the data from the database and gives out top level MIS out at a click of a button
  • Handled a team of 3 members – Took responsibility in helping the team understand the concept and in 4 weeks got the team to deliver the final product, this dashboard provided clarity to the management on the performance of the workforce management team
  • This became a model score card across all WFMs in all lines of Business in IBM across Europe and Asia Pacific
  • Successfully delivered a Scorecard- In Global Technology Services we had a requirement to capture all details in terms of timelines for closures for certain types of demand
  • This was a tall ask as the requirements and the specs kept changing
  • Worked closely with the Product Owner and captured a set of Backlog and worked with 6 people across Bangalore and Pune and spent 8 weeks to get the final output
  • There were 3 sprint reviews scheduled so that the retrospect can help us close the gaps
  • This helped the stakeholders track time and eventually made the process efficient from 8.3 days to 2.2 days
  • Successfully delivered an end to end metric- In GBS there was an ask to build one metric that will decide the end to end resourcing time for the project
  • This will include from start of demand creation up to closure of demand for both a regular and a subcontractor seat
  • The expectation was clear but when we designed the product backlog, we realized that there were multiple systems that we needed to get the data from
  • Some of them were not straightforward
  • The project was for 4 months and the sprint review was designed every month so that we were connected to the client and we could take advantage of retrospective
  • The team of 9 all from Bangalore was arranged and we had experts from different system and worked together as one
  • In addition to this there were also issues faced in approval times as well
  • We involved the Operation Excellence team to get involved in getting that process sorted
  • At the end of 4 months we developed the metric and called it Fulfillment time
  • Coached and empowered teams to self-organize and grow cross-functionally;
