Conducted market research on suppliers and their unique offerings and did analysis of potential for supplier consolidation. Forecasted cost savings from this research was evaluated to be around $3 million.
  • Managed contracts worth approximately $20 million for a Healthcare firm. Streamlined contract drafting process by pointing out bottlenecks in the contract management system. Developed summary documents and did analysis to present how Deloitte initiatives are improving the client's supply chain processes. Presented bottlenecks and other major concerns to the Chief Procurement Officer from the client's end on a weekly basis. Led conversations with the client's vendors for contracts on a regular basis.
