Roles performed:
- Joined as an Associate Consultant and started working on daily support tickets via Service now tool.
- Performed multiple monitoring activities in live SAP and interface environments such as Ariba and Elemica using the interface tools such as Ariba guided buying, Ariba network etc
- Solved priority and urgent tickets within the pre-determined SLA with proper and accurate analysis using SAP development, quality and production systems
- Worked on system configurations and master data maintenance
- Prepared and maintained up to date documentation for all new developments and enhancements of existing business processes and standard SAP
- Got all test results verified from On shore team and business testers and submitted test cases for the same.
Fifth Role in Covestro: Consultant
- Got promoted to Consultant based on performance in the past role during the annual appraisal
- Volunteered as a SPOC during the transition phase of new Implementations from TCS to Capgemini
- Worked as the Subject matter expert from CG side to schedule, organize and ensure the completion of all Knowledge transfers from TCS side
- Successfully received all the transfers from TCS and trained internal team members accordingly to ensure smooth transition of all business processes affecting the support
- Worked individually on all JIRA demands as a Functional MM Consultant working directly with the client team in Germany
- Implemented more than 50 new JIRA developments from scratch working as the single functional resource for MM
- Having good experience of working along with the developers to provide complete functional specifications and guidance in the process of new enhancements
- Successfully completed an automation of existing monitoring activities and was awarded as Star performed of the year for the same
Sixth role (Present) in Covestro: Senior Consultant
- Got promoted to Senior Consultant based on excellent rating and appraisal of the previous phase
- Implemented BPF (Business process focus) and BCC (business command center) for client on special demand from the Covestro Germany business management procurement team
- Worked on a completely independent client facing role to extract and provide data, develop tableau tabs, monitor and verify the observations from tableau and match them with the live data in SAP for the successful implementation of BPF and BCC reports
- Currently working as a team lead for SAP MM in my project which consists of 6 individuals resolving up to 300 average tickets per month and performing various monitoring activities for client for up to 100 hours a month
- Responsible for interviewing, on boarding, training and guiding all the team members in case of doubts and queries
- Providing weekly updates to client in standup meetings for all the ongoing developments and regular support activities
- Responsible to provide assistance to all team members and on shore users in case of any uncertainties including but not limiting to daily incident support

- Completed another automation of Order to cash sales order workflow monitoring from SAP SD side as the SME from functional side and completed the development and testing along with onshore developer
