  • My role was testing of programs created in the Quality environment and ownership of complete data migration for above 6 countries in all the environments including Production.

  • Youngest trainer to have worked in the entire program.

  • Joined as an Associate Consultant and started working on daily support tickets via Service now tool.
  • Performed multiple monitoring activities in live SAP and interface environments such as Ariba and Elemica using the interface tools such as Ariba guided buying, Ariba network etc
  • Solved priority and urgent tickets within the pre-determined SLA with proper and accurate analysis using SAP development, quality and production systems
