• Generate a precise evaluation of the cycle time through a detailed cycle simulation
• Optimize weld distribution to improve the cycle time
• Off-Line Programming of BIW Processes using FANUC, KUKA, ABB, COMAU robots etc
• Virtual Commissioning to verify actual process flow with PLC logic
• Provide leadership to the team managed and act as first point of escalation
• Perform resource planning
