  • Company Overview: Devyani International Limited (DIL) is an India-based company, which operates quick service restaurants (QSR) chains. The Company is the franchisee of Yum Brands, KFC, Pizza Hut, TWG Tea and Costa Coffee. DIL is also a franchisee of KFC and Pizza Hut in Nigeria and Nepal.
  • Ensuring statutory compliance’s under various industrial laws i.e, Factories Act, ID Act, Contract labour, Bonus, Gratuity, PF, ESI & Employment exchange Act etc
  • Centralizing multi-location payroll processing of approx. -16000 employees through Greyt HR.
  • Liaison with office of the Labour Cum Conciliation officer , Labour Commissioner, Chief inspector of factories, Regional P.F Commissioner, E.S.I Branch / Regional office, Haryana state Pollution control Board etc.
  • Generation of statutory register state wise through Comply 4 HR software
  • Maintaining all the registers and licenses through Compliinty.
  • Monthly/Quarterly/Half Yearly/Yearly PF, ESIC, PTAX, LWF and TDS Deposit
  • Prepare and deposit the Challan and Returns (F24Q Quarterly and annually).

Two facilities at Himachal and three facilities at Kundli. SSIPL's retail foray began in 1998 with the opening of its first retail outlet.
  • SSIPL started as Moja Shoes Private Limited in 1995
  • Started Footwear Manufacturing in Haryana INDIA in 1995.
  • Started NIKE manufacturing in 1995.
  • Commenced LOTTO Manufacturing in 2005.

  • Current Job Responsibilities:
  • 1. Statutory and Buyer’s compliance
  • Managing personnel filing systems and databases, payroll, attendance and leave records, and all other data required for Buyer & statutory Compliance laws such as Sedex , SMETA 4 Pillar , FFC and SLCP etc.
  • Responsible for different compliances like NIKE , Puma , Rebook ,Adidas , Asics and H&M.
  • Responsible for maintaining committee’s records like Works committee, Health & safety, Environment, Sexual Harassment Prevention committee, grievance committee.
  • Ensuring Compliances with social, labour & environmental standard.
  • Preparing CAP & answering to quires of buyers related to compliances audit.
  • Pre audit Assessment, Internal audit.
  • 2. Payroll:
  • Centralizing multi-location payroll processing of 5 Manufacturing Plant & Retails (Approx -5500 employees) into a single platform.
  • Implementing, maintaining, and reviewing payroll processing systems to ensure timely and accurate processing of payroll transactions including salaries, benefits, taxes, and other deductions.
  • Identifying and recommending updates to payroll processing software, systems, and procedures
  • Signing and issuing digitally signed form 16
  • Prepare the Bank advice for cheques or electronic transfers of salary & reimbursement.
  • Digitalizing pay-slip; effectively filling statutory monthly, quarterly, and yearly returns i.e. Form 16
  • Monthly/Quarterly/Half Yearly/Yearly PF, ESIC, PTAX, LWF and TDS Deposit
  • Effectively handling management reimbursements and made full and final settlements of employees.
  • Add all the taxable perquisites into the TDS Statement, and deduct tax thereupon.
  • Addressing & resolving queries received from units and employees relating to payroll, taxation and retrials, etc.
  • 3. Recruitment & Selection:
  • Sourcing of talented Professionals through various resources like Job portals -Naukri.com, Employee Referrals, Advertisement, Headhunting, Networking, Professional Institutes, Placement/Consultants.
  • Organized & conducting interviews up for Junior, Middle Level, and senior level.
  • Screening, evaluating, Short-listing the candidates, arranging interviews of short-listed candidates
  • Selection, Induction of employees, offer letter, Appointment letter and completion of all joining formalities.
  • 4. Liaison With Govt Official:
  • Ensuring statutory compliance’s under various industrial laws i.e. Factories Act, ID Act, Contract labour, Bonus, Gratuity, PF, ESI & Employment exchange Act etc.
  • Responsible for registration & renewal of factory license, as and when required to make certification of lay out
  • Responsible for timely submission of statutory returns and maintaining statutory records, filling of various Returns under different Acts. Ensure conformance to statutory legislation and avoid their violation.
  • Liaison with office of the Labour Cum Conciliation officer , Labour Commissioner, Chief inspector of factories, Regional P.F Commissioner, E.S.I Branch / Regional office, Haryana state Pollution control Board etc.
  • 5. Apprenticeship legal Compliance:
  • We are enrolling 2.5% to 10 % of the total employee's strength.
