• Over 13.5 years of total IT industry with exposure to the full Software Testing Life Cycle including System testing, Integration testing, Automation testing, User acceptance testing and Regression testing.
• Over 4 years of experience in UFT automation tool & also well versed on other Automation Test Tools like Selenium, Test complete and Tosca.
• Experience working on multiple test methodologies like Waterfall and Agile (Scrum) methodologies. Basic knowledge on Devops Test architecture and Continuous integration.
• Understanding FRD documents and perform complete Requirement Analysis for effort estimation.
• Domain Expertise in Finance, Public sector, Banking, e-Commerce, Payment gateway, Document management etc.
• Extensive experience in Preparing Test plan document, Automated scripts design & development, Test Data creation & Test execution.
• Managed multiple teams of more than 7 members and helped them in achieving their daily tasks in complex projects.
• Weekly or daily meeting with onsite teams and clients and communicating with them to understand the complete project requirements.
• Ability to manage cross functional teams, assigning day to day tasks and helping them to achieve day to day tasks.
• Completed few External and Internal certifications as a part of organization in Tricentis Tosca (2 External certifications) and Agile & UFT automation (Internal certification)

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Test requirements document analysis and creating Manual test cases & Automation test scripts on daily basis.
• Reporting day to day identified Automation & Manual Test defects in to Defect management system like ALM, JIRA, Azure Devops and communicate the same to development team.
• Preparing Test Reports for both Manual & Automation completed tasks on weekly or fortnightly basis and report it to client.
• Attending Team meetings like Scrum calls, Stand up meetings, Sprint review meetings etc. on day to day or requirement basis.
• Creating & Maintaining Test automation frameworks as a part of everyday tasks on requirement basis.
• Coordinating cross functional teams in understanding day to day activities, training them and helping them in analyzing and solving complex issues and help them to grow professionally.
• Active participation in organisational level activities like event organizing and also driven team to participate in company level activities.
