USP Perception Monitor Tracker
This is a yearly B2B research project that is conducted to understand the customer perception on the various products and services offered by USP. The survey is sent to all the active customers across the globe and the results are presented directly to the CEO. I am involved with the programming, data progressing and cleaning, coding, analysis, dashboarding and presentation (India) phase of the project. It is a critical research project for the company as it helps determine how the customer perceive United States Pharmacopeia as a brand and a standard setting organization.
Chemical Medicines – Attitude and Usage study
The is a study to understand customer attitude and usage regarding Reference Standards and General Chapters which are the most important and largest product and service offering from USP. The study tries to identify value drivers and how USP measures to its competitors in the market. I lead this project from an operations standpoint and am involved throughout the project lifecycle from the point of setting up the questionnaires to creating dashboard visuals for analysis and reporting. I am also responsible for managing the sample for this project which involves identifying the target audience, collecting/mining contacts from internal data sources and creating distributions. This is a high-stake project and results are presented to all the key decision makers in the organization, who rely on the survey findings and actionable insights to devise business and market strategies for these crucial products.
