• As the Feature Owner of the Credit Bureau Report of the Payment Industry in my current role, I am responsible for overseeing the development and testing of the credit report feature from start to finish. This includes collaborating with various teams (such as development, product, and business stakeholders) to ensure the feature meets business requirements, and delivers value to the users.
• As a QA Manual Tester, I focus on validating the functionality, performance, and usability of the credit bureau report feature. My main tasks involve:
• Test planning and design: Creating detailed test plans and test cases based on business requirements and technical specifications.
• Test execution: Manually executing test cases to validate the system's functionality, ensuring that the credit bureau report works as expected.
• Defect identification: Reporting any defects or inconsistencies found during testing, and collaborating with developers to resolve them.
• Regression testing: Ensuring that new features or updates do not negatively impact existing functionality.
• Cross-functional collaboration: Working closely with the development and product teams to ensure that the feature meets all the specified requirements, and providing feedback from a user perspective.

I take ownership of the feature throughout its lifecycle, ensuring it is thoroughly tested, and that any issues are addressed before it is released to the end users.

• As a General Studies faculty member and the owner of my own academic institute, I was responsible for providing comprehensive guidance to students preparing for MP government exams. My role involved designing and delivering high-quality educational content, focusing on a range of subjects critical to these exams, such as current affairs, general knowledge, reasoning, and history.
• Curriculum Design & Development: I developed a structured curriculum tailored to the specific requirements of MP government exams, ensuring that students understood the exam pattern and key topics thoroughly.
• Teaching and Mentoring: As a faculty member, I taught various subjects related to general studies, helping students grasp complex concepts, and effectively apply them during exams. I also mentored students, providing personalized guidance and strategies to boost their confidence and improve their performance.
• Exam Preparation Strategies: I conducted mock tests, quizzes, and revision sessions to help students assess their preparation levels and identify areas for improvement.
• Institute Management: As the owner, I handled the administrative aspects of running an academic institute, including managing schedules, overseeing faculty, and ensuring a conducive learning environment.
• Student Support: I built strong relationships with students, and provided ongoing support to keep them motivated and focused on their goals, offering regular feedback, and adjusting teaching methods as needed.

My work at the institute was centered around ensuring students not only prepared well for the exams, but also gained a deeper understanding of the subjects, ultimately helping them successfully clear the MP Government exams.
