Additionally, it includes general chatbot features with a knowledge base of brand websites, Google, and user-uploaded documents to assist Sales Reps and MSLs in resolving domain-specific queries.

• CONCERT is a 3-tier client / server-based passenger

reservation system developed for Indian Railways. It involves

development of an OLTP system for passenger reservations by

connecting the distributed databases. This involved distributed

transaction management using RTR two phase commit. The

entire application is developed on Open VMS platform using

DEC C and FORTRAN.
