  • Supply Demand Gaps identified in major BT contracts to avoid contracts running into SIPs resulting in Penalty being imposed.

  • Implemented the split-shift scheduling model, which reduced the headcount and produced a 1.19 crores (INR) cost-benefit. The goal was to reduce headcount and schedule personnel solely to handle the high call intervals during morning and evening shifts while producing the same or better results.
  • Installed several dashboards to provide the senior leadership team with an overview of project performance on which to plan improvements in the areas that needed improvement. Prior to now, it was difficult to identify the weak points or leaks that were causing financial losses.
  • Played a key role in launching the “Agent scorecard” project, an online platform that allows agents to evaluate their daily performance in relation to predetermined goals. Agents used to learn about it only after their month incentive data was released because the information was not available at the time. Since this scorecard was introduced, agents have been able to monitor their daily performance and improve their weak areas, which has increased the total Rewards to which the process is contractually entitled. The project went on to win second runners-up in the organization-wide “Exchange Icon” forum for achieving best practices. Most Tech Mahindra's telecom projects had replicated this initiative.
