• Experience of steering 412 crore project for ‘Development of Freight & Coaching handling terminal at Bijwasan’ in terms of detailed planning for commissioning of terminal, preparation of tender documents, monitoring progress of work and coordination with RLDA, forest deptt., DJB & NHAI.
• Experience in carrying out ‘Feasibility studies for high-speed elevated track (300 kmph) in railway land on Delhi-Agra section’ by LiDAR and drone survey including cost estimation and report preparation in 60 days.
• Experience in carrying out ‘Final Location Survey’ and preparation of Detailed Project Report (DPR) for Meerut-Panipat New Line project including site selection for important bridge over river Yamuna, major bridges, ROB/RUBs, stations, level crossings and rail flyovers.
• Experience of handling track machines including its maintenance schedules, repair, IOH, POH, procurement of spares and methods to improve the output.
• Experience of being part of deliberations of Technical Advisory Group constituted for additional Yamuna Bridge in c/w 3rd-4th line between Anand Vihar & Tilak Bridge stations right from nomination to finalizing recommendations for type of foundation to be adopted for the bridge.
• Experience in fabrication & launching of steel girders for NHAI - Road Over Bridges (8 nos. completed and 7 in progress) including geotechnical investigation, selecting type of foundation, approval of structural drawings, monitoring execution of works and final commissioning.
• Experience of construction of Road Under Bridges (13 nos.) by different techniques under running traffic conditions including calling of tenders, awarding contracts & contract management.
• Experience in upgradation of track infrastructure with expertise in mechanized track renewal works.
• First-hand experience of restoration of track in case of emergencies/ accidents/ unusual incidents.
