In the BMRCL Rail Project, we manage 3PL warehousing operations. My role involves leading supply
chain activities, primarily overseeing both inward and outward material movement through the SAP
ERP system. After receiving materials, I verify quantity and quality, create the GRN, and coordinate with
the Quality Inspection team after QC Done we organize materials at their assigned storage locations, I
handle import shipment tracking ,container unloading, ensuring timely clearance, inspection, and safe
handling of goods in coordination with logistics partners , I arrange the dispatch of rejected and rework
materials through the subcontracting ,RGP (Returnable Gate Pass) and NRGP (Non‑Returnable Gate
Pass) process .

This project involves supplying spare parts for track maintenance machines to Indian Railways.
My role involves leading supply chain operations. After receiving the railway purchase order, I issue our
purchase order to Plasser India (OEM). I then coordinate and oversee material availability checks,
packaging arrangements, logistics, invoicing, warranty certification, insurance processing, dispatch, and
follow up for CRN, quality inspection, and payment.
