• Hands on experience in Erection, Commissioning, Maintenance of all field instruments (Monitoring Instruments, Control Elements), Analytical instruments and Analyzers.

• Basic knowledge in Electrical Equipment, Panels and Switch Yard Maintenance activates and schemes.

• Experience in handling of Control Systems - DCS-SPPA-T3000 SP3, Siemens PLC SIMATIC S7-400, Siemens PLC S7-1515

• Knowledge in Equipment and Process interlocks and Control schemes in Boiler, Turbine, Power evacuation system, and SFC, BOP, Kiln.

• Good compassionate of Operation requirements and through protocol will execute modifications in Control System and Field Instruments.

• Experience in FAT & SAT for DCS logic and panel inspection

• Experience in maintenance and troubleshooting of turbine supervisory, governing and emergency shutdown system.(SERVO / MOOG ACTUATORS, VMS, SPEED, HYDRALIC SAFETY BLOCKS etc)

• Experience in maintenance and troubleshooting of CEMS, O2, SWAS, Online silica analyzers and other analytical instruments.

• Experience in maintenance and troubleshooting of Plant Fire Alarm and Protection System like Minimax, Simplex, Notifier

• Experience in handling of Master Calibration Instruments (Pneumatic and Electronics)

• Experience in preparation of SMP-Standard Maintenance Procedure with reference of instruments functionality and OEM Manual.

• Knowledge in SAP Module (Work Permit System and Material management)

• Good awareness in PTW-Permit To Work & LOTO-Lock Out and Tag Out system procedures and EHS requirements.

• Experience in preparation and review of P&ID, Control Loop Drawing, IO list, Cable schedule & IO grouping for junction box, tagging of control cables, Loop checking and logic’s test trial checking for equipments and instruments. Experience in handling of all drawings with AutoCAD.

• Kiln Automation. Allen Bradley PLC programming and Control.
• SCADA software program making And editing.
• Maintenance of Instruments in Horizontal Kiln, Mullite, Hydrous, Gradation and Ultrafine plant.
• Prepare and executed documents related to above all projects.
• Installation of Allen Bradley SCADA(CPUL33ER with factory talk view).
• Installation of ABB, SIEMENS, FANUC AC drives.
• To Co Ordinate with electrical and instrumentation contractor for Procurement, Project Drawings, Execution, Erection and Commissioning of all instruments used for Kaolin Plant with Kiln.
• Calibration & Maintenance of Instruments.
• Backup of existing PLC and SCADA systems.
• Maintenance of Instruments like SOV, Level transmitter and all field instruments.

• Faucet Manufacturing facilities maintenance including PLC based Automation.

• Induction Heating machine automation using Siemens PLC.

• Pipe manufacturing plant maintenance for Instrumentation.

• Induction Heating machine automation using Siemens and Allen Bradley PLC.
• HMI programming.
