• Job Responsibilities :-

Incharge of Machine shop ,Heat-Treatment shop.

• Assigned the responsibility of management and planning of production/workload in accordance with priorities of machine assembly .
• Ensure all work order are completed on time and to specification.
• Supervise the production flow within the machine shop.
• Review components work order instructions with planners of components technology.
• Meet tight and moving production schedules.
• Maintain a safe working environment ensuring all company procedures are followed.

Job Responsibilities :-

• Work related to Design OF CYLINDRICAL GRINDING MACHINES .
• Assigned with the responsibilities of DESIGNING AND TO EXECUTE Work related to "TWIN HEAD CYLINDRICAL GRINDING MACHINE" FOR RAILWAY AXLES.
• Proved successful working within tight deadlines and fast-paced atmosphere.
• Demonstrated respect, friendliness and willingness to help wherever needed regarding any issue related to new machine design.
• Ensure Proper and timely completion of components according to given drawing on shop floor.
• Assist shop floor related to manufacturing and assembly issues related to drawing of components.

Job Responsibilities :-

• Designing of INDIA'S First "TWIN HEAD CYLINDRICAL GRINDING MACHINE" FOR RAILWAY AXLES.
• Assigned with the responsibilities of creating MAIN ASSEMBLY DRAWING AND PART DRAWINGS.
• DRAFTING WORKS RELATED TO CASTING, ASSEMBLY , BOUGHT OUT PRODUCTS (B.O.P) and WELDMENT DRAWINGS.
• Utilize Solidwork Cad Software to prepare drawings.

• TRAINING ON 3-D CAD MODELLING USING SOLIDWORKS SOFTWARE.
• OBSERVE VARIOUS CRITICAL COMPONENTS THEIR DRAWINGS, ACTUAL MANUFACTURED PARTS.
• BASICS OF ENGINEERING DRAWING READING.

• HANDS ON EXPERIENCE ON CAD SOFTWARE SOLIDWORKS.
• MECHANICAL COMPONENTS DRAWING & DOCUMENT READING.
• DRAFTING WORK RELATED TO PART DRAWING, CASTING DRAWING, MACHINING DRAWING, ASSEMBLY DRAWING.
