EV Project (Mr Electric)

  • Mr.Electric is a new mobile app in the market, has revolutionized the way people charge their vehicles. The idea behind this app is to provide a platform where customers can find out about all the charging stations nearby and book them for use at an economical rate. It also provides information about the service providers and their rates

Web application project (E-Life Portal)

  • Many elderly citizens are unable to physically submit their life certificates due to mobility issues, health conditions, or living in remote areas. This can result in delayed or interrupted payment of their pension or other benefits. To address this issue, a web application has been developed that enables users to submit their life certificates online without the need for physical presence. The objective is to improve the user experience of the web application by identifying and addressing any usability issues, and incorporating user feedback into the design

 Sales Leaderboard and an Intuitive dashboard 

  • Company Delta Plus is a mid-sized software company that provides a suite of products to small and medium-sized businesses. The sales team at Company X is comprised of 10 sales executives who are responsible for selling the company's products to new and existing clients.
    In the past, the sales team had struggled to meet their revenue targets and often felt demotivated and overwhelmed by the pressure of achieving their goals. In an effort to boost morale and encourage healthy competition, the company decided to implement a sales leaderboard.
    The implementation of a sales leaderboard at Company Delta Plus had a positive impact on the sales team, leading to increased motivation, healthy competition, improved goal setting and tracking, adaptability and improvement, and boosted team morale. The sales team was able to consistently meet and exceed their revenue targets, resulting in increased sales performance and overall business success.
