Upgrade the International and U.S. Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) environments to Oracle Release 12 to retain vendor services beyond expiration of the current Extended Support agreement (i.e., November 2013).
Leverage new functionality delivered in Release 12 including ledger sets, multi-org access controls (MOAC) and the Global Business Tax platform and enhance end user experience with improved user interface and personalization capabilities.
Migrate the International EBS environment as early as possible to enable ARAMARK to continue dependent project initiatives such as the Human Capital Management and further Oracle financial applications implementations in other International countries.
