Executed hands-on training in upstream processing for mammalian and prokaryotic systems up to pilot-scale production. Gained exposure to real-time process monitoring utilizing MFCS software and inline analytics. Operated automatic cell counter and hemocytometer for mammalian cell culture assessments. Conducted OD600 measurements using UV-Vis spectrophotometry for bacterial cell culture analysis.

Constructed protein-protein interaction networks of the ABL1 kinase domain and its downstream adapters. Identified key docking domains involved in aberrant signaling cascades using structural modeling software (PyMOL, RasWin).

Designed highly specific sgRNAs targeting the BCR-ABL1 fusion junction using CHOPCHOP and E-CRISP. Developed automated Python scripts (Biopython) to evaluate and minimize potential off-target alignment loci across the human genome.
