Constructed protein-protein interaction networks of the ABL1 kinase domain and its downstream adapters. Identified key docking domains involved in aberrant signaling cascades using structural modeling software (PyMOL, RasWin).
Designed highly specific sgRNAs targeting the BCR-ABL1 fusion junction using CHOPCHOP and E-CRISP. Developed automated Python scripts (Biopython) to evaluate and minimize potential off-target alignment loci across the human genome.
